Your calendar, wrapped
How many hours the meetings actually took — and how many person-hours they cost once you count everyone else who sat in the room. Drop the export and get the card, or the video.
Read inside this tab, on your own machine. No meeting title appears anywhere on the card, so the picture is safe to post even though the calendar behind it is not.
.zip Google gives you, or an .ics from inside it
Don't have one handy?

Getting the export out of Google Calendar
On a computer
Google Calendar → the gear icon → Settings → Import & export →
Export. That downloads a .zip holding one .ics per
calendar you have.
Drop the whole zip in
No need to unzip it. The zip usually contains holidays, birthdays and every calendar you
ever subscribed to; the biggest .ics in it is yours, and that is the one this
reads.
What is left out, on purpose
All-day events, anything you declined, cancelled meetings, and events with no other attendee — a block you put in your own calendar to protect an afternoon is not a meeting. A working day counts as 8 hours.
No meeting title ever reaches the card or this page. Titles are the sensitive part of a calendar, and the numbers do not need them.
