Turn your group chat
into a quiz they will fail.
Drop the export. It reads every message and builds a quiz out of what actually happened — the plans nobody kept, the 3am texts, who said what about whom. Send the code to the group and watch them argue about their own lives. Then find out which of you it roasts hardest.
Read in this tab, on your machine. The quiz you publish is the only thing that ever leaves it, and you see it in full before it does.
.txt WhatsApp mails you, or the .zip it comes in
Counted in this tab, on your machine. Nothing is stored with us — no account, no database. Backpocket AI is the one thing that sends anything anywhere, it is your choice, and it says so before it does. What happens to your file →
Drop the file
The export WhatsApp mails you — .txt or the .zip it arrives in.
Nothing to install, no login, no upload. It is read here, in this tab.
Play it yourself first
Twenty questions off your own chat, with a host who has no manners. See how much of your own group you actually remember before you dare anybody else.
Send it to the group
One code, no account, no app, and a leaderboard. It deletes itself on the date you pick — 24 hours, a week, or a month.

The lineup
The quiz
Two games out of the same chat. The Hot Seat is a quizmaster, a money ladder and questions about what actually happened — every one of them provable from your file before it is asked. Guess who said it puts a real line on screen and asks which of you typed it. Play, then publish it and see who in the group was paying attention.
They open a link, type a name and play. No account, no app, no sign-up — and a leaderboard so the group can see who actually reads the messages. Nothing about your chat is sent except the quiz itself, and you can read the exact record before you decide.
There is no account, so the only key to this quiz is kept in this browser. Clear your site data and you can no longer delete it early — it will still expire on its own.
This is the whole record, copied verbatim into the request. Nothing above it and nothing below it is sent.
A quiz is twenty questions. The chat is a year.
The game asks what it can prove. Backpocket AI answers everything else — who ghosted the June plan, what the argument in April was actually about, which of them owes the group money. It has read the whole file, it names names, and it is unfiltered: no house style, no hedging, nothing softened. Numbers come from this page, quotes are copied out of your own export, and nothing you ask is kept anywhere.
Written by Backpocket AI, reading your chat. Quotes are copied from your file exactly; the numbers were counted on this page. Everything else is the model's opinion, unfiltered — it is not checked, it can be confidently wrong about people, and it is shown to you as it came back. Tell us if it says something it shouldn't — that is how the limits here get set.
Or take one of these:
Read by Backpocket AI Unfiltered, and nothing you send is kept — no database, no account, no history. What happens to your file Change
No local model found — what to check
1. Is one running? Install Ollama, then in a terminal: ollama pull qwen2.5:7b.
2. Is this page allowed to talk to it? Ollama only answers pages it has been told about. On a Mac, run this once and restart Ollama:
launchctl setenv OLLAMA_ORIGINS "https://wrapped.backpocket.website"
On Windows set OLLAMA_ORIGINS in System Environment Variables; on Linux add it
to the ollama.service unit. A page cannot tell "not installed" from "installed
but not allowed" — both look identical from here — so if step one is done, it is step two.
Every number, if you want them
What it couldn't read
Getting the export out of WhatsApp
On the phone
Open the chat → the three dots (or the contact's name on an iPhone) → More → Export chat → Without media. Mail it to yourself, or save it to Files. Media makes the file enormous and adds nothing here — the pictures are never read.
Then bring it here
Drop the .txt in, or the .zip if that is what you got. It is
read in this tab. No upload, no account, and nothing is kept when you close it.
What the card can and can't say
Counts, times and patterns — never a sentence anybody wrote. The only words on the card are your own most-used ones, with the filler stripped out, and a number beside each. The readings below the card can quote your file; the card and the video never do.
A chat has two people in it and only one of them chose to export it. The card stays patterns and counts. The readings can quote lines back, on your screen, because you are reading your own file — and what you do with any of it is on you.
